Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle therapy using very light touch. It can support many conditions and can be used as an effective way to bring the body into a relaxed state of homeostasis. 

Therapy is client led and your body will set the pace. This therapy brings a deep sense of relaxation and sense of wellbeing.

Somatic Trauma Therapy is a therapy that encourages working on tracking physical sensations in the body and releasing stress and trauma from the body. Focus centres around the Mind-Body connection and assists to identify and release traumatic memories which are stored and stuck in the cells of the physical body. This therapy works to support developing feelings of safety in the body. When we become very familiar with the expressions of trauma, this then offers opportunity for the release of emotional pain and distress.

Clients report a wide range of benefits from both Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and Somatic Trauma Therapy.

My journey into the world of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy began with attending personal sessions to support my own health and wellbeing.
